These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Aqua Premier — Irrigation, Gutters & Drainage ("Aqua Premier," "we," "us") website and the services we provide. By using our site, requesting a quote, or booking a visit, you agree to these Terms.
Aqua Premier provides irrigation/sprinkler, seamless gutter, drainage, pump/well and landscape-lighting services in Northeast Florida. Service descriptions on this site are general; the exact scope of any work is confirmed with you before we begin.
Bookings made online are requests; our team confirms the date and arrival window with you. Quotes are valid for the period stated and may change if conditions differ from what was described.
You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the work area and to identify known hazards or buried lines you're aware of. We locate utilities as required, but undisclosed private lines (e.g., low-voltage, irrigation, invisible-fence wiring) may not be detectable.
Prices are as quoted or as listed on our online booking page and are due on completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout/invoice. Late or unpaid balances may be subject to applicable fees.
Our repairs and installations are backed by a 2‑year warranty on workmanship and parts, except where a manufacturer's warranty applies (e.g., gutter systems carry their manufacturer warranty). The warranty covers defects in our work and the parts we supply; it does not cover damage from misuse, freezing, storms, vandalism, third-party work, or normal wear.
Please give us as much notice as possible to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the slot to another customer. Repeated missed appointments may be subject to a trip fee.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aqua Premier is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Florida law.
The content on this site is provided for general information and is owned by Aqua Premier. Do not copy, scrape or misuse it. We may update the site and these Terms at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any disputes will be handled in the courts serving St. Johns County, Florida.
